Empower Studentz presents a powerful, students-only event designed to inspire confidence, improve academic skills, and help middle and high school students discover their true potential.
At this free youth coaching program, students will:
✅ Learn study strategies and academic success tips
✅ Build leadership and communication skills
✅ Explore future goals and career paths
✅ Set personal goals in a supportive space
✅ Participate in fun, interactive team activities
✅ Enjoy lunch, snacks, and Empower Studentz swag
This isn’t a lecture — it’s an uplifting, hands-on experience that motivates students to grow in every area of their lives.
This event is open to middle and high school students (grades 6–12, ages 12–17).

Info: Students are welcomed in, check in, grab their Empower Studentz welcome kit, and get settled with music and casual intro prompts.
Info: We’ll introduce Empower Studentz, explain the day’s purpose, and lead students in a short energizer to break the ice and set a positive tone.
Info: A fun, team-based challenge like “Would You Rather: Future Edition” or “Mission Match” gets students talking, laughing, and thinking about who they want to become
Info: Students explore how to stay organized, beat procrastination, and set one real goal they’ll take action on — using Empower Goal Cards.
Info: Students enjoy a casual, social lunch with peers. Food and drinks are provided while music plays and staff engage with students to keep energy high.
Info: Small-group challenges encourage students to speak up, lead a mini activity, and build confidence — like designing and presenting a quick “Teen Success Plan.”
Info: Students reflect on interests, explore real-world careers, and practice an essential life skill like budgeting or goal-mapping for life after high school.
Info: We end the day with shout-outs, shared takeaways, and fun prize drawings. Everyone leaves with a reflection card and steps they can take right away.
