COURSE DESCRIPTION
This workshop is an opportunity to create or refine your One-to-One conversation. What is a One-to-One? Well, be sure you’ve taken the prerequisite courses first in order to be prepared to work in this WORKshop! You’ll have an opportunity to give and receive the gift of feedback on your One-to-One skills. That gift will enable you to conduct effective conversations that build trust and your referral pipeline in no time!
COURSE OBJECTIVES
In this workshop, you will have learned how to:
• Correlate the importance of One-to-Ones in relation to the VCP Process®.
• Refine your Biography Sheet through feedback.
• Refine your GAINS Exchange® through feedback.
• Conduct at least two effective One-to-Ones.
PREREQUISITES-PREFERRED
• Performing One-to-Ones Course
• Effective One-to-Ones Course

LENGTH OF TRAINING
2 hours + Questions/Discussion.
INTENDED AUDIENCE
This course is designed for up to twelve (12) new or existing BNI Members who want to practice conducting effective 1-2-1s and maximizing their time spent building their business.
CEU QUALIFICATIONS
This course is valued at two (2) self-reported “In-Person Learning” CEUs.
