Yoga Nidra is a deeply restful, meditative practice often called “yogic sleep.” In our busy lives, we spend so much time in a state of doing, often feeling overstimulated and under-rested. Yoga Nidra offers a rare opportunity to slow down, release tension, and enter a state between waking and sleeping where profound relaxation and restoration can occur.
Unlike meditation, which requires concentration, Yoga Nidra gently guides you through breath awareness, body scans, and visualizations, allowing the mind and body to drift into stillness while remaining aware. This practice can help reduce stress, improve sleep, and bring a greater sense of clarity and calm.
In this 90-minute session, Tracey will lead you through gentle stretches to prepare the body before guiding you into rest. You’ll be supported with bolsters, blankets, and props as you settle into Savasana for the full Yoga Nidra journey.
Yoga Nidra is accessible for all bodies and levels of experience. If you have a favorite pillow, blanket, or other cozy items, feel free to bring them for added comfort.
