Free Yoga 101!

New to yoga or curious about getting started? Join us for a 45-minute Yoga 101 session designed to help you feel comfortable and confident before stepping into class. You’ll meet our team, take a tour of the studio, and have time to ask questions about classes, memberships, and what to expect. We’ll also move through a short beginner-friendly practice to introduce basic poses and breathwork. Perfect for anyone new to yoga or new to Nectar! Come learn, explore, and feel at home on your mat.
