February Meditation Circle with Cacao

Join us as we start to prepare our bodies to transition from Winter to Spring.
You will be welcomed with a warming cup of cacao and a friendly atmosphere. As you settle down into a relaxing meditation, enhance your experience with a complimentary heated eye mask.

This months meditation circle will be centred around transition. Leaving behind what no longer serves you, encouraging healthy new thought patterns and planting seeds of positive intention.
