Yoga Class All Levels

Yoga is an empowered workout of strength, conditioning and fitness class learn to flow with breath control and strength from within for a complete body workout. Increase fitness, agility, balance, strength and core. Available for all levels. Open Class Format
Join Kasia in this open Yoga class, where you'll progress in strength with each week.

Open classes run weekly except for; public holidays, mid year break 7 – 12th July 2025, and Christmas break 15 December 2025 - 12 January 2026

Open Classes are $20 per class, or $40 weekly for an Open Class Pass - access to unlimited classes each week
