Women's Sharing Circle

Come together with other local women to share, connect, and experience a sense of empowerment and truth.

If you've never been to a women's circle before, let me invite you to indulge your curiosity.

There is a wonderful magic that happens when we come together to share experiences, with full permission to simply be ourselves.Depending on what comes up on the day, I'll guide you through some simple somatic exercises or visualisations to ground our emotional well-being.Other than that ... this is your space – to express from the heart in a safe space, and feel seen in a way that is so very rare in our busy modern world.Leave the circle feeling more connected, centred, empowered and at peace. A beautiful Sunday reset to end your week on a high.

Your facilitator: Liz Busch has been holding space as a transformational life coach since 2014. My guiding light in running these sessions: when we give ourselves permission to feel what we feel, sort through conflicting thoughts without judgement, and receive love in the places we need love the most, a whole world of new possibilities can open up �
