All are welcome to this Winter Workshop—whether you're new to dance or simply looking to move.

Join us for a gentle movement workshop, explore a sequence of standing movement meditations inspired by traditional and modern dance styles, with 'selah' moments. Get your body moving in winter, warm the soul with wisdom of ancient texts like the Psalms.
Try something new! An exclusive workshop, designed to help you release tension, move with freedom, and align body, mind and spirit.
