Westlake Instrumental Gala

Join us for one of the most anticipated events on the Westlake music calendar — the annual Instrumental Gala Concert! This spectacular evening shines a spotlight on the incredible talent and hard work of our ten diverse instrumental ensembles, from our developing young musicians to our premiere, award-winning ensembles.

Experience the vibrant range of ensembles that make up our instrumental programme, and the range of repertoire that spans styles and eras. From jazz combos, big bands, concert bands, symphony orchestras, and string orchestras, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

This concert is a fantastic opportunity for families and the wider community to support our musicians and get a preview of the exceptional performances they’ll be taking to the KBB Music Festival in mid-August at the Holy Trinity Cathedral.
