Walk the Line

Looking for something a bit different and fun to do on the 30th of August or want to support your friends and whanau?

Walk the Line has been the biggest youth designer fashion show in Aotearoa since 2011 and is being hosted at Shed 10 this year. Organised by Raise Up in partnership with New Zealand Fashion Week this event gives young aspiring designers a platform to showcase their work.

Designers compete across 5 categories aiming to achieve the title of “Supreme Designer of the year”.

The categories this year are
High fashion
Streetwear
Avant-garde
Cultural Fashion
Timelessness

This event is run by youth for other youth with the help of The Y's (YMCA) Raise Up program.
