Understanding and Supporting Anxiety in Autism & Other Neurodivergent Conditions

Anxiety, and emotional dysregulation, are common in neurodivergent people. It's important to understand why, and how to support autistic people in our families, community and workplace.

Local expert Arlettta van den Bosch presents this follow-up to her hugely popular July 'Introduction to Autism'. You'll hear real-life experiences and tips from autistic people and their families, and take home strategies to limit anxiety, to support in moments of
dysregulation, and how to achieve a better balance in life. Time to ask questions is included.
