TWC - From little things big things grow!

One Small Step Session
Change starts with just one small step. This interactive session is a chance to explore an area of your life where you’d like to see a shift—whether it’s more connection, fun, self-care, better health, or something else.

You’ll be guided through a simple process inspired by Nonviolent Communication, James Clear’s book Atomic Habits, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). While there’s no magic wand, you’ll have the opportunity to feel heard, reflect, and perhaps walk away with a new idea, a fresh perspective, or simply a meaningful connection.

At the very least, you’ll discover how accepting where you are can be powerful. Practicing acceptance can soften the mental noise of self-fixing and bring us back to the present moment—at the heart of mindfulness.

What to expect:
- A one-hour interactive session
- A safe, supportive space to be heard—no pressure, no judgment
- Time to reflect and identify even one small next step in your chosen area

Come with curiosity, self-kindness, and a willingness to explore.

Location: Gribblehirst Hub Common, 5 Cabbage Tree Swamp Drive, Sandringham

Cost: 1 time-credit or koha . The koha will be put towards booking the hub for future events.
