MOBILITY FOR ATHLETES – Sundays in Grey Lynn
If you’re already putting in the work - lifting, running, training, or playing sport - this mobility session is the piece you’re probably missing.
Held every Sunday morning, this class is designed to support your training, not replace it. You’ll work on joint control, flexibility, and functional strength to boost performance, improve recovery, and prevent injury.
Led by movement coach and yoga-trained instructor Yogini Nimita, you’ll get focused, targeted work built for bodies that train hard and move fast.
🟢 What to expect:
• Small group = attention to form and technique
• Clean, padded floor space (Grey Lynn)
• Programming inspired by yoga, mobility drills, and strength training
• Target areas: hips, hamstrings, spine, shoulders, and deep core
• Optional balance work: handstands, shoulder stands, or regressions
