Tahini Bikini - Whammy Bar, Single Release Tour

Pōneke groovers Tahini Bikini formed in early 2021 the band is made up of old friends & new, the latter formed in a line for the bathroom at a Wellington bar. Tahini Bikini have emerged as regular faces on the festival scene and in venues across Aotearoa with their signature neo-soul funk inspired sound.

Tahini Bikini are gearing up to hit the road following the release of their latest single Mother. Catch them at Whammy with support from Taylah.

Taylah is a rising Māori artist whose rich vocals and poetic lyricism blend soul, R&B, and neo-soul. With standout releases like Descendant and Okay, Taylah has performed alongside Dragon, Hollie Smith, and TOI, and recently joined Fly My Pretties as their newest member. Taylah is carving out her place as a compelling voice in the Aotearoa music scene.
