Walk and Run at your own pace and set your personal goal of fitness and wellbeing.
A pro social and supportive space for those in recovery.

Participants must be sober and respectful of others recovery journey.

Community waiver and group expectations are available on our FB page and website.
You will be asked to sign in as part of Health and Safety.
