SpinPoi combines gentle physical movement with mental focus through the art of International Poi, a style of poi practiced around the world as a form of exercise and play.

Scientifically proven to improve balance, grip strength, and brain health for those 50+, SpinPoi offers an accessible and fun way to move, stay present, and reconnect with the joy of play.

SpinPoi Founder Dr. Kate invites anyone curious about mindful, relaxing, and enjoyable movement to give it a go—no experience needed. ACC certified class.
