Seafood BBQ Masterclass

From Ocean to Table.
On the morning of July 2nd we have been invited up to Leigh Fish to witness and understand their incredible low impact, selective and sustainable long line fishing method, providing only the highest quality seafood for both kiwis and the international market.

We will then be bringing back some freshly caught Kai Moana for your Seafood BBQ Masterclass that same evening. The menu for the night will be dictated by the catch of the day. Here’s hoping fresh Bluefin Tuna will be apart of the menu.

This event is limited to just 20x spaces and is again run by the BBQ guru, Berkie. Tickets for this are just $29 and can be purchased at Four Square St Heliers.
