Lie back and get cosy as a soundscape from instruments such as crystal & tibetan bowls, gong, crystal lyre, native flute and handpan hold space for inner peace, expansion and a soulful return to self.

The frequencies help to regulate your nervous system, provide mental & emotional balance, harmonise overstimulation from all the noise that accumulates in our busy lives... and so much more.

To help land you into the space, choose an oracle card and anoint with divine, ceremonial oil. Stay for a quiet chat and a home-made healthy treat afterwards, if you feel like it.
