A Champagne soirée set out on the deck for those who prefer their flutes full, and their lunches luxuriously unhurried.

Your weekend luncheon starts with a glass of Perrier-Jouët Champagne then, choose your path to indulgence from a two-course menu crafted for lingering. Will it be Manchego croquetas or heirloom tomatoes with stracciatella? Now, the mains — choose between the Speckle Park sirloin steak or chargrilled octopus with nduja oil and confit garlic.
