Connection – Movement – Community

A grounding workshop designed to nurture deeper connection to self and to others. Through a blend of breathwork, physical games, and movement-based practices, participants are invited to relax, release tension, and realign. These playful, embodied experiences gently break down barriers—creating space for laughter, presence, and a genuine sense of community.

Facilitated by choreographer of Rongo Whakapā, Brydie Colquhoun (Ngāpuhi).
