Practical Skills for Cleaning Technicians - Ascend Course

This half day Ascend Foundation Course is focused on the fundamental skills that are required for a technician carrying out various types of cleaning work. Trainees will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with equipment. This course will help trainees to develop a confident an professional cleaning practice.

Course coverage includes customer service and satisfaction, assessing the job, health and safety, choice of equipment and basic maintenance.
