This talk looks at what makes young people tick and what helps them feel secure, with practical expertise on how to support teenage well-being. The session also covers anxiety and the impacts of social pressure and technology while offering parenting tips on staying connected in these years. Experienced parent coach Sheridan Eketone shares valuable insights into teenage brain development and how this impacts behaviour and relationships.
Positive, hopeful and practical, parents will leave this talk feeling empowered to see beyond the behaviour of the young person who needs love, encouragement and acceptance.
