Other Worlds Day

Love Sci-Fi? So do we.

Other Worlds Day is your chance to celebrate the genre with hands-on fun, inspired by our science fiction exhibition Other Worlds. This day is packed with free, whānau-friendly activities like a themed Silent Disco Citywalk®, storytime, arcade games, photobooth and more! This activation runs across Central City Library and the Ellen Melville Centre, bringing Sci-Fi right to the heart of the city.

We strongly encourage you and your whānau to dress up as your favourite Sci-Fi character. Spot prizes await the best dressed, so get creative and suit up!
