Knit 101 - Getting Started with Hazel Watson-Smith

In this workshop we will be making very simple fingerless gloves. It is a very satisfying little project that teaches the essential fundamental skills of knitting, and it fills in common knowledge gaps for beginner+ knitters.
- Long tail cast-on
- Knit and purl stitches
- Casting off
- Mattress stitch
- Weaving in ends

Maximum 8 participants - all materials supplied. There is a small fee of $20 for knitting needles and yarn, which will become yours to take home at the end of the session.
