They have been labelled many things by many people; Paracinema, shit-flicks, z-grade, or stamped with the lazy “so-bad-it’s-good” moniker …. but we’ve always lovingly referred to these cinematic outcasts as Trash, just as our holiest father ‘Pope John Waters the First’, speaketh.

The peak examples of Trash cinema transcend all terminology and become joyous communal experiences. Watching an exalted low-brow motion-picture with like-minded souls will always defeat the austere high-brow and suburban middle-brow experience. Whether intentional or accidental, true trash cinema crashes through the boundaries of decorum, offering a profoundly sublime big-screen experience. Whether through budgetary constraints, ineptitude, misguided passion or some cosmic planetary alignment - the bottom line is simply this, these films are riotous fun.

This Trashathon of carefully curated trash (nb - we are not playing the obvious "classics" - ie Pink Flamingos, Plan 9, Troll 2, Manos - we want to expand consciousnesses and engorge private places by digging deeper. Don’t be a smooth brain, book now for the first TRASHATHON of the rest of your life.
