Heels Grind is our spiciest dance class. A erotic and exotic sexy freaky flow of twerk, sultry, sass, pump and grind, hit the floor hardcore. Our red red light grind is wher the heat and spice is dialled all the way up to empower every part of your senses.

Open classes run weekly except for; public holidays, mid year break 7 – 12th July 2025, and Christmas break 15 December 2025 - 12 January 2026

Open Classes are $20 per class, or $40 weekly for an Open Class Pass - access to unlimited classes each week
