From Drama to Dharma

Our thoughts, feelings, and emotions shape how we respond to others and relate to ourselves. We can avoid difficult people, but we cannot avoid ourselves. The real challenge? Learning to be with ourselves as we are.

This workshop will be translated in Spanish and open for the Latin community. The moderators are Venerable Jangchub Llhamo and PhD Natalia Bullon.
