Finish your day feeling strong with health and wellness (hauora) workouts every Monday and Wednesday evening at Hart Domain. These sessions are designed to get you moving, boost your energy, and connect you with your community!
🌀 What to expect (approx. 60 mins):
✅ Quick sign-in, welcome & safety briefing
✅ Warm-up (8–10 mins)
✅ Cardio block – walk/jog/shuttles (12–15 mins)
✅ Strength circuit – 6–8 simple stations (15 mins)
✅ Team finisher – short, fun relay (8–10 mins)
✅ Cool-down & stretch (5–8 mins)
✅ Wrap-up & next dates
👨👩👧👦 Who can join:
Perfect for adults of all fitness levels, children 5+ welcome. Inclusive and supportive of diverse communities, mobility limitations, and low fitness levels.
✅ What to bring:
Just your towel and water bottle – everything else is provided.
