We’re opening the doors of F45 Grey Lynn for a community open day designed to introduce you to our training style, our studio, and the people who make this place more than just a gym - a wonderful community.
Whether you’re not sure if it’s for you, all in and ready to go, or somewhere in the middle, this is your chance to see what F45 is all about.
