Originally from Colombia, Gleides arrived in New Zealand in 2010 and has since won hearts with her authentic cooking — full of tradition, love, and flavour.
In this special class, you'll learn step-by-step how to make two classic arepa versions:
🧀 Cheese arepas
🥩 Shredded beef arepas
And of course… you'll get to taste them! 🤤
