Connection Playground – Dreams
When was the last time you spoke about your dreams?
Not the ones you have while sleeping, but the ones for your life, your relationships, the way you want to feel.
It’s easy to get caught up in what needs to be done and forget about what we actually long for.
Sometimes our dreams get buried under routine, or we stop sharing them because we’re scared they won’t be understood.
This month at Connection Playground, we’ll explore the theme of dreams.
Through simple embodied practices and paired conversations, we’ll look at:
💛 How it feels to name a dream out loud
💛 What happens in connection when we let others in on what we truly long for
💛 The ways dreams can bring energy, intimacy, and direction back into our lives
This is not about having a perfect plan or big vision.
It’s about creating space to reconnect with what matters most.
