Real intimacy begins with presence.

Not with the perfect words or the right move—
but with how fully we’re here with ourselves and each other.

In this month’s Connection Playground, we’ll explore the art of being fully present—
through gentle, embodied practices and simple paired exercises.

Jil Ob will be co-facilitating with me in August to bring more magic.

You’ll explore:

👁️‍🗨️ The shift between inward and outward focus
🌿 How to notice the subtle signals of contact and disconnection
💛 The delicate art of being with another—without needing to fix, perform, or disappear

This is not about doing it right.

It’s a space to slow down, stay with your experience, and get curious about how presence itself creates intimacy.
