Chakra Yoga

Every Thursday at 8.30am join Katie for this in depth class which focuses on a different Chakra each week.

This class will take you from the physical to the more subtle energy body.

Combining movement, breath & visualisation you will begin to understand these energy centres on a whole new level and bring more awareness into your daily life.

All levels welcome.

About the Teacher:

Katie has been learning and teaching Yoga for 8 years, having spent over 3 years in India where she completed over 1500 hours of official training.

Katie has taught across the world at festivals, hostels, retreat centres, studios and in nature to a wide range of students, and remains forever the student herself, bringing a sense of curiousity, depth and presence to the practice.

Katie's journey with Yoga has been totally transformative and she is excited to return to her birthplace of Auckland and share her learnings with all those who feel the call.
