CANZ Composers Workshop 2025 Closing Concert

Freshly minted music from the CANZ Composers Workshop.

Over the last week, a group of top contemporary music instrumentalists from around Aotearoa have been working closely with some of the most exciting emerging compositional voices to workshop and finesse new works. This is the first time in its 40+ year history that the CANZ Workshop has taken place in Tāmaki Makaurau

This concert features a selection of works from the week for taonga pūoro, jazz and classical instruments, and loudspeakers.

For the curious ears, join us to check out the present and future of composition in Aotearoa.
