You’ll get time to practice the breathing technique so that you can feel confident before we go into the journey.
A guided 60-minute Breathwork journey with Wessel and Giulia (both trained by Owaken Breathwork) who will be guiding you and holding space for you, ensuring you receive the best possible care throughout your journey.
