Bodylight Calm special event - with Edna and Danica

Through movement meditations, Quiet Qigong natural imagery and gentle yoga practices, we find a sense of calm, deep rest, peacefulness and acceptance.

Edna will lead the mindful movement and meditation.
We are grateful to have Danica, a sound bath facilitator, guiding us into a pure space of harmonious being.
you'll be bathing in the soothing vibrations of Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls, which will resonate with your whole body and mind, promoting inner peace and balance.

Followed by warm homemade chai.

Soft blankets, bolsters and pillows are all provided.
