Marcus will share pioneering research from the field of Biocentric Health, including insights from the International Biocentric Research Academy (IBRA) and the School of Empathy. Learn how dance, music, and human connection can reduce stress, improve well-being, and create more compassionate communities.

Experience a joyful, guided movement session designed to help you connect deeply with yourself and others. No dance experience is needed β just bring your curiosity and openness.
