Best way to begin the Weekend.
Join the Speed Freaks, parkrun (yes and walk).
There will be a coach and peer volunteer waiting to greet you at 7.45 am
Start time is 8 am.
Walk, run, connect.
There is an option to stay around and meet for coffee afterwards.

Entrance is on Stancombe Rd, it is a big park so please park on or near this Street.
