Members unable to attend are to submit their apologies by 22nd July 2025

Nominations are called for the following positions:
President
Treasurer
Secretary
Club Captain
Members of the Committee

Note: All Committee members will need to complete this consent form before or after AGM
Last years minutes are available for you to review prior to the AGM.
A copy of the Constitution (updated 2022) can be requested
Members - This is your chance to have your say on where you believe the club should be going with this meeting being the opportunity to shape that.
It is encouraged that all members attend so you can have your vote on committee members and any changes to the constitution or running of the club.
