ACTC Monday Night Interval Run Club 28 July 2025

Join us for the weekly (year round) Auckland City Triathlon Club Run Squad with Coach Liam Bird.

60 to 75-minute session with a warm-up then a changing set of interval run drills, followed by a warm down run back to the Grandstand.

All abilities are welcome for this FREE session.

There is no need to be an ACTC Member or a triathlete but if you continue to come along it is appreciated if you support the Club.

We are moving to Mt Smart Stadium Athletics Track to try it out! Warmup starting at 6.15pm.
