Spring 2025 Open Floor

Saturday Open Mat - $5 an athlete

Training together outside of structured classes builds friendships and accountability!

🔹 What Happens?

Open Mat Time: Students can practice forms, drills, and techniques and ask questions.

Sparring Rounds (Optional): Light, controlled sparring for those who want it.

Strength & Conditioning: Some might want to hit the bags or work out.

Bonus: There will be a Post-Training Hangout (Pizza, wings, tacos, or smoothies...who knows).
