Sound Healing

Come unwind, restore, and realign with our weekly Sound Bath Circle, a sacred community space where healing meets harmony. This is a donation-based event (give what you can, no one turned away), designed to help you reset your nervous system, open your heart, and receive energy healing in a supportive group setting.

Gentle guided grounding

Crystal singing bowls and a therapeutic sound journey

Deep rest and integration

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, water, and anything else that helps you feel cozy. No experience necessary — just come as you are.
