Guided Gentle Lymph Movement & Yoga

A gentle yoga class combining self-lymphatic drainage, breathing techniques, movement, and mindfulness techniques to help target the lymphatic system and improve lymph flow. This class is beneficial for everyone; it can help prevent lymphedema and swelling, help reduce lymphedema and swelling, and promote general lymph flow to improve overall health and wellness. This class will be performed in chairs but feel free to bring your mat if you prefer. This class will be held at DeKalb Chamber Partnership and will be around 45 minutes. It is $15 per person to attend and it’s open to the first 12 people who register.
