OVERNIGHT CAMPING NOW AVAILABLE! PLEASE READ RULES & READ ENTIRE INSTRUCTIONS Camp sites are $30 for the evening. A limited amount of sites will be available. You can reserve a spot ahead of the event through Eventbrite. Any remaining spots can be reserved the day of the event at Regional Park. Actual camp sites are available on a first come, first served basis starting CHECK IN STARTS approximately 11:30am and will go until 5 PM - PERMIT PACKAGES are to be picked up at vending area Stage Right (look for signs) - The Camping area is near the Tennis Courts off of Richardson Dr -
1 tent per permit; 4 people maximum per tent PERMIT MUST BE DISPLAYED ON TENT
All campers must wear camping wristbands, given at check-in There will be NO VEHICLE ACCESS to the camp area. All items must be walked in, There are no reserved parking for Campers - show up early for the best parking!! Carpool if you can. All campers agree to adhere to ARD Ordinance #1, with specific emphasis on the following:- No amplified music allowed at any time- No camp fires or open fires at any time- No loud, boisterous or obnoxious noise or sound- Cleaned camp site and checked out by 11am on Sunday 9/14/25 (Please clean up after yourselves)

All campers must check in at the Ain’t Necessarily Dead Festival. Check in is from 11:30am – 5pm at the volunteer area to the left (north) of the stage.
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHER PEOPLE, INCLUDING PARK NEIGHBORS AND FELLOW CAMPERS
"Be Nice or Leave" (or you will be asked to leave)
Private Security will be on hand - There will be a Restroom open in the area - Again Please work together to make this work - so we can continue allowing this!!

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? No all ages are welcome ID needed for Beer!
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Parking is available on the street and at parking lots at the park, Parking will be available at the Parkside Church a Fee may apply there. You will need to walk in camping equipment
What can I bring into the event? Good Attitude & Open Mind - NO Glass, CASH (no ATM) - we suggest you support the food and beer vendors, (No Outside Alcohol allowed inside the concert area)
