Baywatch-Barbie Primal Playout

A fun fitness class designed for all abilities WHILE having lots of fun and meeting new friends? Yes please!

On Sunday, August 10th at 9 am we’ll be hosting a Baywatch-Barbie themed group workout!

Costumes/outfits are encouraged but definitely not required.

Our classes do require a reservation so we can customize the workout to the individuals within the group. Just send us a message and we’ll help you book a spot!

Our classes are specifically designed to help teach total beginners the basics of strength training in a way that feels more like playing outside with your friends!
