Pinball at Captain's (PAC) - a Pre-PATL tournament
This year we're gonna do a FULL DAY Pre-PATL tournament, instead of our normal pre tourney's that are a short by sweet weeknight tourney.
This is gonna be an almost exact copy of PATL except for a few tweaks to help make it fit in one day.
This is the weekend before the real PATL.

• Check-in: 10:00-10:50am. Anyone not checked in by 10:50am will forfeit their tournament registration to players on the wait list.
• Maximum number of players is 120.
• Tickets are non-transferrable
• Pre-register with me (CC at Captain’s) – Eventbrite, Cash or Venmo - Venmo account name is at cc_casta123 ~~~NO FEEs if you are paying with CASH or Venmo
• Cost - $40 or $60
•••••• $40 - if you are NOT a top 500 IFPA ranked player at time of purchase
•••••• $60 - if you are a top 500 ranked player at time of purchase
•••••••••••• Fee breakdown - $20 goes to location which will cover expenses and IFPA fees. The $20/$40 will go straight into cash pot for top players payouts.

• Practice from 10:30am-11:00am.
• Format; Target Matchplay - Tiered Swiss
• Target #25 (a minimum of 9 rounds)
• Scoring is 3,2,1,0
• Qualifying match play rounds start at 11:00am and stop once someone has reached the target #25
• Top 8 will move onto finals – if we have over 50 players, we will take top 16
• Dinner break is 30 mins – which will be in between qualifying and finals. This will begin when all games are finished.
• NO PLAYING ANY GAMES tournament games in between rounds AT ALL
~ We will have a row of games in the other room available for you to play in between rounds.

FINALS
• Top 8 go to ‘A’ finals, next 4 go to ‘B’ finals.
• If we have over 50 players - Top 16 go to ‘A’ finals, next 8 go to ‘B’ finals.
• Group Elimination Bracket
• 3 games per round
• Top seed picks their bank of 3 games or gets first choice of player position. If they pick position, game choice will go to next seed.
• Same scoring 3,2,1,0
• Everyone that makes finals will get an envelope – Payouts will be in order from 1st – 12th or 1st – 24th. This way “B division” winner’s envelope will NOT be a larger cut that last place in “A division” envelope.
• Hardware to top 4 and B winner
