What to Expect:
Welcome to a gentle, safe, and playful space for neurodivergent souls—especially those navigating life with ADHD or similar traits. This is a circle for creators, overthinkers, deep feelers, forgetful geniuses, and those who’ve ever been told they’re “too much” or “not enough.” Whether you’re diagnosed with ADHD or simply feel “different” - you are welcome here!
We’ll explore:
✍️ Creative Brain Mapping – externalizing thoughts through visual journaling
🤝 Group connection exercises to feel seen, heard, and not alone
🧘♀️ A short grounding meditation to calm racing minds
🎨 Gentle hands-on creativity (drawing, symbol-making)
💬 Honest, open sharing (optional – you choose your pace)
This is a peer support circle,held by me—Katarina—who’s also living with ADHD and learning daily how to soften the chaos and turn it into creation. I’m here to walk beside you.
