Cassiar Cleanse - Mountain Flow (Horses, yoga and nature)

Join us for a week long adventure,
Deep in the backcountry. Only accessible by bush plane or riverboat.
We will spend our days with daily yoga, breathing techniques, meditation, reiki and afternoons spent with our equine partners.
Riding through the streams and over the mountains tops🗻
Each activity is optional and if you feel like staying back and reading a book you are more than welcome!
We will enjoy plant medicine, hiking, fishing and our newest addition of the sauna.
If you’re in need of some mountain time, this is the trip for you.
