Yoga in the Park (FREE!) - October 19th!

The City of Atlantic Beach, Hot Spot Power Yoga, and Discover Wellfest are teaming up to bring free yoga to Jack Russell Park every Sunday!

Join us for a free, one-hour all-levels yoga class—perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. Move, breathe, and flow under the open sky, and let the energy of the community uplift your spirit.

After class, stroll over to the Atlantic Beach Sunday Farmers Market—also in the park—and keep those good vibes going!
