Yoga & Soundbath with Susan & Diana

Whether you are feeling bound in mind, body or heart, we seek to help you unravel and unfold for some extra breathing room.
Susan Kniseley-Foy will lead you through some deep asana to free the areas where we typically hold stress; focusing on undoing tightness in the shoulders, upper back, and hips and clearing out the tension that has accumulated over the year.

Once we have eased the body enough to settle into blissful stillness, we will unwind further by indulging in deep rest through a soundbath led by Diana Vasquez.

We hope you leave our workshop with a renewed sense of freedom and peace.
